Having served as a design engineer and project manager with BAE Systems for 10 years, and LNS Turbo UK as Engineering Manager, Neil founded Chelker in 2003 to offer customers an unmatched level of professionalism, knowledge and continuity. With experience in defence, machine tool and special purpose machinery design, Neil is still hands-on with each project, helping to ensure we win the trust of some of the most prestigious international companies that we count as clients.

Commercial Director
With a legal and finance background, Catherine is a key member of the Chelker team. She ensures we comply with contractual and legal requirements, and manages the day-to-day administration of project and company issues.
